Prior to establishing the Portalea Business Group in 2004 Jorge has owned and operated multiple businesses in the greater Washington D.C. and Baltimore Areas since 1976. He has a wealth of experience in customer service, retail management, and wholesale distribution having been a franchisee with major oil companies, a service director with several large car dealerships, a wholesale electronics distributor, and a restaurateur. He is a member and currently serving the board of directors of the Mid-Atlantic Business Intermediaries Association (MABIA), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM, Candidate), Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Turning Point Real Estate. He is a Commercial Realtor in Virginia and Maryland. Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Prior to her move with her family to the US, Victoria oversaw the acquisition and construction of manufacturing facilities for Nestle Corporation in Russia as a member of Nestlé’s in-house legal department in its corporate headquarters in Moscow. Prior to joining Nestle, Victoria worked at a major international law firm in Moscow, and, earlier, marketed real estate investments in Mediterranean locations, and residential real estate in Moscow, to Russian investors.Victoria brings her significant corporate, legal and international experience to bear in identifying optimal solutions for her client's Business, Investments, and Real Estate needs. Victoria Bloom is a Russian trained lawyer, realtor and computer programmer who loved to the United States and joined the Commercial Division of Long & Foster in 2007.
